Descriptions: The GPJM3-JF Dome Fiber Optic
Splice Closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting applications, for the straight-through and branching splice of the
Fiber Cable. The closure has four round entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with clamp allocated. The entry ports are sealed by thread plastic device. The closures can be opened again after be sealed, reused again without changing the sealing material Application The product can be applied in the straight line and branch line(one into two, one into three)connections of optical cables within the diameter of 7~22mm(φ), all types and structures, when laid overhead Aerial-hanging,Wall-mounting . Meanwhile, it is also applied to the connection of all-plastic city phone cables. Structural features: u All property indexes are in accordance with National YD/T814-1996 Standard. u The case body is made from imported high-intensity engineering plastics(ABS) and formed the shape with mould plastics under high pressure. It is in the shape of HALF rectangle, with the advantages of less weight, high mechanical intensity, corrosive-resistance, anti-thunderstruck and long service life. u The case body and cable entrance are sealed with adhesive rubber strip(non-vulcanized) and sealed tape. Reliable sealing capability. It can be re-opened and easy to maintain. u unique disposition of different cable loops( φ7~φ 22) enables user to choose different outer diameter according to actual conditions, It enhances the reliability of the cable entrance sealed. u overlapping fiber-melting tray and separate insulation earth unit make the disposition of the cores, expanding the capacity and cable-earthen flexible, convenient and safe. u outer metal component and fixing unit are made of stainless steel, so can be repeatedly used in different environments. operations 1. 3. Installation Steps (1) release the plastic nut and hoop.
(2)Strip the cable, if the diameter of cable is small, enlarge the diameter with adhesive tape,
(3)let the cable go through the entry, insert the cable into plastic nut and washer.
(4) insert the strengthen core into strengthen core retainer, tighten the plastic nut with wrench.
(4) Fix the fiber with nylon tie
(5) hold fiber after splicing
(6) cover the
Splice Tray and tighten it
(7) put the seal ring on the base
(8) put the cover of the joint box on the base case and tighten it
(9)When installing, fix the hanging hook as showing. I. pole mount
